The Downtown Advisory Committee (DAC) is an advisory committee established by the Mayor and City Council to assist with the Downtown Specific Plan. The DAC serves as an important component of the public participation program, providing one of the primary communication channels for the community making recommendations to the Planning Commission and the Mayor and City Council.
